Biography

Ivana P. Tran is an associate in the firm’s litigation department, where her areas of practice include construction, real estate, condominium, business and complex commercial litigation.

Ms. Tran graduated from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, where she received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the highest grade in Restorative Justice and was a member of the Native American Moot Court team. During law school, Ms. Tran served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Sabrina S. McKenna at the Hawai‘i Supreme Court, and the Honorable James C. McWhinnie, temporarily appointed to the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawai‘i. Ms. Tran also served as a legal extern for a large public utilities company.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tran completed a clerkship with the Honorable John M. Tonaki at the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawai‘i.
