Biography

J. ANDREW BALDWIN earned his Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of Central Florida in 2000 and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2003. Mr. Baldwin is admitted to practice in the courts of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He has been practicing civil litigation and complex commercial litigation since 2003. He was appointed as a member of the Florida Bar’s Civil Procedure Rules Committee for the term of 2011-2017. He was appointed as a member of the Florida Bar’s Small Claims Rules Committee for the term beginning in 2020. Mr. Baldwin is a lecturer at the National Business Institute’s seminars titled “Real Property Foreclosure: A Step-By-Step Workshop and a Hands-on Walk Through the Foreclosure Process and its Legal Considerations”, “Advanced Issues in Foreclosure”, and “Negotiating Real Estate Loan Terms and Workout Options”.

In addition to his professional practice, Mr. Baldwin is active in the community. Mr. Baldwin is a member of Hillsborough Masonic Lodge #25 and Brandon Masonic Lodge #114. Mr. Baldwin is a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason with the Valley of Tampa Scottish Rite organization. He is also an active member of the Egypt Shriners in Tampa, Florida.
