J. Andrew Fraser

Andrew Fraser practices in the firm’s Litigation and Public Law groups where he handles all stages of the litigation process including pre-trial motion practice, discovery and trial. Known to be a straight shooter and tireless advocate, Andrew takes a collaborative approach with his clients to craft on-point strategies that help achieve their business goals.

Prior to joining Isaac Wiles, Andrew was an Assistant Attorney General in the Health & Human Services, Bureau of Criminal Investigations, and Constitutional Offices Sections of the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. In these roles, he assisted various clients including the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. Andrew served as lead and trial counsel in federal litigation, drafted and argued administrative appeals before state courts of common pleas, represented various departments in administrative hearings, and acquired extensive experience with witness prep, opening and closing statements and direct and cross examination of witnesses. He is recognized for his extraordinary memory and ability to catch the finer details on any matter he is handling.

With a passion for reading, persuasive writing and delivering compelling arguments, Andrew received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he was Note Editor of the Journal of Science & Technology Law. He graduated magna cum laude from New York University with a B.A. in History and a Minor in Producing.

When not practicing law, Andrew can often be found on a soccer field, on the basketball court, running, or spending time with family and friends.
