J. Michael Turner, Jr.

J. Michael Turner Jr. is the Managing Partner of Michael Turner Family Law & Divorce, LLC, where he leverages his comprehensive experience in family law to advocate for his clients. A proud native of Laurens, South Carolina, he upholds a family tradition of legal excellence; his father, J. Michael Turner Sr., practiced law for nearly 50 years, and his brother, The Honorable Matthew P. Turner, is a distinguished Family Court Judge in the Eighth Circuit and a member of the South Carolina Court of Appeals. Michael Turner earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Juris Doctor from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law. He began exclusively practicing family law in 2010 and excelled as a Lead Litigator at a premier national firm, later establishing his own practice in 2018.
