J. Morgan Forrester

Originally from Anderson, South Carolina, J. Morgan Forrester is a partner at Pierce, Sloan, Kennedy & Early, LLC. He graduated from the University of South Carolina and later earned his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law. In 2015, Morgan was admitted to practice in the South Carolina Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. He maintains professional memberships with the Charleston County Bar, the South Carolina Bar, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice, and he has been asked to share his experience as a speaker and guest lecturer for CLE programs and at the Charleston School of Law. Morgan’s work is centered on serious injury litigation, with extensive experience in commercial truck accident cases. He has served as lead or co-counsel in over 55 matters involving tractor-trailers, eighteen-wheelers, and other commercial motor vehicles, including claims involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death. His broader practice also includes traumatic brain injury, personal injury, premises liability, and disputes involving insurance coverage and bad faith.
