While in law school, Patrick also externed with the chambers of the Honorable William T. Tully in Harrisburg, PA where he assisted the court in complex criminal proceedings. Before law school, Patrick received a Master’s of Science in Criminal Justice in addition to a Bachelor’s of Science with a minor in Political Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
