Biography

Patrick Moll is an Associate in the Labor & Employment group of the Philadelphia Office. Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Patrick earned his J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law. During law school, Patrick was awarded membership to the Order of the Barristers for demonstrating exceptional skills in trial advocacy and brief writing and served as a senior editor for Dickinson Law Review. He published The Reedy Creek Improvement District: A Comparative Analysis Underscoring the Problems in Hampering Special Districts in the Winter 2025 Issue of the Dickinson Law Review. While in law school, Patrick also externed with the chambers of the Honorable William T. Tully in Harrisburg, PA where he assisted the court in complex criminal proceedings. Before law school, Patrick received a Master’s of Science in Criminal Justice in addition to a Bachelor’s of Science with a minor in Political Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
