Biography

Richards is a veteran trial, whose practice areas include personal injury cases and other civil lawsuits.

He has represented clients in cases of personal injury matters such as car, truck and boating accidents, work-related injuries, medical malpractice, and wrongful-death cases. Richards experience with matters that often result in catastrophic injuries, permanent disabilities or death allow him to handle these cases efficiently, effectively and in a timely manner.

Richards serves the Rock Hill community through his work with the South Carolina Association for Justice, where he has served on the board of governors since 2012, and the Children’s Attention Home in Rock Hill, as a board member since 2014.
