J. Tyler Paul

Tyler Paul is a business attorney and member of Biggs Paul LLC, whose practice has focused upon entrepreneurs, start-ups, middle market companies and private equity funds. He majored in accounting and earned his undergraduate degree from Emporia State University, and he later earned his JD from Washburn University. He was All American-Football, 2003.

Biggs Paul, LLC, is known for taking a holistic, creative, but pragmatic business approach while providing legal advice and services.

Mr. Paul’s practice and areas of expertise include acquisitions and mergers, technology law, franchising law, securities law, real estate law, business succession planning, business formation, real estate, and estate planning, to mention a few. Mr. Paul has built an extensive practice in the areas of professional acquisitions and transition services, including the buying and selling of dental practices.

Mr. Paul serves on the Board of Directors for the Wichita Independent Business Association. He is also a member of the Wichita Chamber of Commerce, American Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, and Wichita Bar Association, to name a few.
