Biography

Jack J. Bingham is a tenacious attorney with a vast range of experience in personal injury lawsuits. Throughout his legal career, Jack has primarily litigated cases involving general liability, medical malpractice and professional negligence, mass torts, and automobile collisions. As a result, Jack understands the devastation that can be caused by a tortfeasor's wrongful actions. He uses this insight as motivation to fight to achieve the best results for injured clients.

Jack graduated from Rutgers University, Magna Cum Laude. He next attended Pace Law School, where he made Dean’s List, was a Dean Scholar and was chosen as a teaching assistant for multiple fundamental law school courses. He also sat on the Moot Court Honor Board, competed nationally in several trial competitions, and was even asked as a student to coach Pace Law School’s team for the American Bar Association’s 2014 National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Additionally, Jack is an alumnus of the Morris Pashman Inn of Court (Bergen County) and accredited by Harvard Business School Online in Sustainable Business Strategy.

After graduating from law school, Jack clerked for the Honorable Robert L. Polifroni, P.J.Cv., Superior Court of New Jersey, vicinage of Bergen County. The time Jack spent working under Judge Polifroni was priceless and extremely beneficial for his professional development. Since then, Jack has served as a panel speaker on litigation and prepared numerous cases for trial. Some of Jack’s experience includes hundreds of court appearances, taking on the toughest expert witnesses, and flying all over the country to conduct depositions.

As of 2021, Jack has been selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star, an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. Just 2.5 percent of attorneys in New Jersey receive this distinction. The Super Lawyer Rising Star title can only be awarded to esteemed attorneys that are under 40 years old or in practice for 10 years or less. Jack has similarly been featured as a “Top Attorney” honoree by New Jersey Monthly and is a recipient of the Avvo Client Choice Award.

In addition to being an attorney, Jack is a former MMA fighter and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu medalist, who attributes his resolve and determination to his time as an athlete. He brings that same kind of aggressiveness into every case he handles.

Born and raised in Bergen County, NJ, Jack holds a membership with the Bergen County Bar Association. He also has the privilege of being a member of New Jersey’s Association for Justice, an organization dedicated to fighting for what is right and advocating for personal injury victims. Most importantly Jack is a proud husband and father. When he is not spending time with his wonderful family or litigating cases, Jack still enjoys sparring and going to the gym.
