Biography

Jack was called to the Law Society of Ontario in 2002. For the past 9 years, he has exclusively focused his practice on representing and assisting seriously injured victims. Prior to this, for 14 years, he represented defendants and insurance companies.

Throughout his career, Jack has practiced at several of Toronto’s leading personal injury litigation firms, specializing in personal injury matters. He has represented clients in motor vehicle accidents, statutory accident benefits, insurance disputes, and general negligence claims.

Jack is a passionate advocate for accident victims, working tirelessly to ensure they receive fair compensation for their injuries and losses. He has experience conducting both jury and judge-alone trials, appearing at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He frequently litigates accident benefit matters at the Licence Appeal Tribunal.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys cooking, watching movies, travelling, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
