Biography

Jack Pickel is an associate in our Nashville office. Jack graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University in 2021. He then graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2024 where he was honored with the prestigious Judge L. Kirby Matherne Scholarship.

• Jack is focusing his practice on construction and commercial/business litigation.

• In his construction practice, Jack advises owners, contractors, and design professionals on various claims and disputes. His experience includes complex commercial litigation related to delays in construction, design defects, Prompt Pay Act issues, and more.

• Outside of his legal practice, Jack is an avid supporter of the Auburn Tigers and Tennessee Titans and enjoys spending time outdoors.
