Biography

Jack Randall is a lifelong resident of Western Tidewater and a founding member of Randall McClenney Daniels & Dunn, P.C. With extensive courtroom and trial experience, Jack focuses his practice on family law, criminal defense, DUI and traffic violations, and personal injury cases. Known for his direct approach and strong advocacy, he works diligently to secure the best possible outcomes for his clients throughout the Western Tidewater region.

Jack’s legal career is built on a unique foundation of law enforcement and prosecution experience. Before becoming an attorney, he served as a police officer with the Virginia Beach Police Department, where he frequently handled court proceedings and developed a strong understanding of the criminal justice system from the law enforcement perspective. Encouraged by judges and attorneys who observed his courtroom work, Jack pursued a legal career.

After graduating from Christopher Newport University, Jack earned his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law. Following law school, he joined the Southampton Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, where he gained valuable trial experience and insight into criminal prosecution.

Throughout his career, Jack has successfully represented clients in numerous criminal jury trials and personal injury cases, achieving many favorable outcomes, including not guilty verdicts, dismissals, and successful settlements. His background as a former police officer and prosecutor gives him a well-rounded understanding of the legal system and allows him to develop effective strategies for his clients.

Jack is actively involved in his community and the legal profession. He is a member of the Southampton County Fraternal Order of Police and maintains membership in several regional bar associations, including those in Suffolk, Southampton County/Franklin, Isle of Wight County, and Emporia. He also serves on multiple community and nonprofit boards throughout Western Tidewater.

Clients value Jack’s accessibility and responsiveness, as he makes himself available outside normal business hours and maintains direct communication throughout each case.
