Biography

Jack Spicer earned his undergraduate degree from Ohio University and graduated from Vermont Law School with a J.D. and a Master of Environmental Law and Policy. As a law student, Jack was a research associate with the Water & Justice Program and editor of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. Jack is admitted to practice law in the state of Vermont, the state of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of Vermont.
