Biography

Jackie was born and raised in Lewistown, Montana. In 1995, she received her Bachelor of Science degree with high honors and a double major in psychology and sociology from Montana State University-Billings. In 1999, she received her law degree from McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific in Sacramento, California. Jackie was licensed and began practicing law in California until returning home to Montana in 2004. She has been practicing law in Billings, Montana since 2004 and was licensed in Wyoming in 2005.
