Jacob Barham

Jacob Barham is a corporate and transactional attorney at Varner & Brandt’s Riverside office specializing in corporate and business law, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and finance.

Jacob earned his law degree from the University of Oregon, where he was an active member of the legal community. He served on the Oregon Review of International Law Editorial Board, provided legal counsel to small businesses and startups through the University of Oregon Business Law Clinic, and worked as a research assistant for the Director of Experiential Education and Assistant Clinical Professor of Law. He was also a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Forum. During law school, Jacob gained further experience as a law clerk at the Riverside District Attorney’s Office.

Before law school, Jacob graduated from the University of San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. While at USD, he worked with the Autism Tree Project Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting families across San Diego County.

In his free time, Jacob enjoys watching Ducks football, spending time with friends and family, and golfing.
