Biography

Jacob C. Martin brings a diverse background in law and advocacy to his practice, serving clients throughout Asheville, North Carolina. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Social Work, where he distinguished himself as President of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity and a member of the Capstone Scholars program. Jacob earned his Juris Doctor with a Concentration in Health Law from Drexel University School of Law. During law school, he founded and served as President of the Mental Health Law Society, acted as a Student Bar Association Representative, and participated in the American Association for Justice. Jacob’s professional experience spans health insurance, general civil litigation, family law, and work within Drexel University’s Office of General Counsel. Originally from Flowery Branch, Georgia, Jacob now enjoys exploring the outdoors in Asheville with his wife and their dogs, Etta and Hazel, and spending time with friends and family.
