Jacob Biby

Firm founder Jacob Biby was born and raised in Oklahoma. He completed his undergraduate degree at Oklahoma State University and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa in 2008. Jacob is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma state and federal courts. Jacob has limited his career to representing individuals and families who were injured by the negligence of other people or corporations.

Over his career, Jacob has personally handled over 1,000 cases with insurance companies and opposing counsel, either prior to or during litigation, and has more than a decade of first chair jury trial experience in courtrooms across Oklahoma. Jacob has regularly obtained verdicts in excess of insurance company offers and in some cases for amounts that are virtually unheard of in some of the most conservative venues around Oklahoma. He has successfully argued appeals on multiple issues before the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Since 2012, he has individually handled more than 70 cases that either settled or returned verdicts in excess of $100,000.

Jacob is also an active member of the legal community, serving as the President of the Kay County Bar in 2010. He is on the Board of Directors, and currently serves as Treasurer, for the Oklahoma Association of Justice (formerly the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association). He has been recognized by Super Lawyers for 9 years running, The National Trial Lawyers Top 100, The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40, and is active in Lawyers Fighting Hunger.
