Jacob Weise Goldschlag

Jacob Goldschlag practices within the firm's construction law, business and commercial litigation, and real estate departments - where firm clients include federal and local contractors and subcontractors, general business owners, real estate owners, commercial development teams, and landlords and tenants.

From an early age, Jacob was competitive. Now driven to win on behalf of firm clients, he sees first hand what it takes to work with a team to break down complex projects to their component parts - including the different stages of execution - in order to achieve a desired result. Drawing from his work on settlement conferences for a magistrate judge while in law school, Jacob came to appreciate the practical and human aspects of litigation too. The experience made clear that those intangibles often drive a case as much as the legal considerations.
