Jacqueline Anthony brings a deep personal and professional commitment to family law, influenced by her upbringing in a family shaped by adoption and her mother’s leadership in an adoption agency. With early experience as a Certified Adoption Investigator before and during law school, Jacqueline developed a comprehensive understanding of the complexities families face in the legal process. As a trained and certified Guardian ad Litem, her dedication to serving children extended to significant pro bono work representing minors in abuse and neglect cases in Charleston County Family Court. Jacqueline’s approach emphasizes both the legal and personal impact of family court matters, ensuring each client receives compassionate, holistic representation. She is an active member of the Charleston County Bar Association, South Carolina Bar, and South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, and serves as a private Guardian ad Litem in private custody litigation. Jacqueline’s contributions include published articles on adoption law and recognition as a Congressional Angel in Adoption award recipient. Outside the office, she enjoys interior design, DIY projects, and boating with her family in Mount Pleasant.
