Jacqueline Brody Kanter joined Schwartz Injury Law in 2010. She concentrates her practice in the areas of nursing home negligence, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and personal injury.

Jacqueline graduated with her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law. During law school, Jacqueline law clerked at another private firm, where she worked on nursing home negligence, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and personal injury cases. After obtaining her 711 license, Jacqueline interned at the Lake County State's Attorney's Office.Jacqueline grew up in Wilmette, Illinois and attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Advertising.Jacqueline has dedicated her career to advocating for clients and their loved ones who have suffered serious injuries and hardships as a result of the negligence of their health care providers. Jacqueline's commitment and persistence has resulted in millions of dollars recovered on behalf of her clients.
