Biography

Jacqueline "Jac" Malfa Kulchin is an Associate in the firm's Tampa office, where she practices on the general liability team in the areas of catastrophic and personal injury, vehicle negligence, and premises liability.

Ms. Kulchin graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, she competed on Stetson Law's Dispute Resolution Board and was the recipient of the team's Distinguished Service award for the 2024-2025 year. She competed in several national alternative dispute resolution competitions, and served as team captain for two competitions during her 3L year. She also acted as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing I and Remedies.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Kulchin was a Law Clerk for an insurance defense firm in St. Petersburg, FL. She then joined Cole, Scott & Kissane as a Law Clerk before transitioning to her current role as an Associate.

Outside of the office, she loves checking out local Tampa Bay coffee shops, going to the beach with a book and her pup, Bernadette, and watching the Florida Gators and Dallas Cowboys football teams.
