Jacqueline M. Woolley

Jackie Woolley has more than 25 years of legal experience representing both employers and employees in labor and employment law. Following a federal clerkship with the Honorable Louis C. Bechtle, Chief Judge Emeritus for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Jackie practiced for a number of years with a large AmLaw 100 Philadelphia firm, and served as counsel for two smaller Philadelphia-area firms. Prior to joining Dailey LLP, Jackie practiced for 14 years with a prominent employment law boutique in the Philadelphia area.

EXPERIENCE

Jackie concentrates her practice advising both employer and employees regarding all aspects of the employment relationship. Her broad range of experience includes counseling and litigation related to employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation cases, as well as employee leave issues, wage and hour matters, severance and separation packages and executive agreements. She regularly represents clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, before state and federal administrative agencies, and in court.

She devotes a significant portion of her practice to helping employers navigate their day-to-day workplace operations and problems, including appropriate handling of hiring, employee discipline and termination issues, compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, employee accommodation requests, drafting and enforcing personnel policies, and conducting trainings and internal workplace investigations. In the labor realm, Jackie assists clients with matters related to both their collective bargaining agreements and defense of employee grievances.
