Jacqueline R. Sobotto

Jacqueline R. Garren has more than 20 years of litigation experience. The focus of her work has been on insurance defense litigation in the areas of premise and automobile liability. She also has been involved in complex construction and labor law litigation as well as appellate advocacy. During her career, Jacqueline has developed a broad range of litigation experience and has consistently achieved favorable outcomes for her clients.

Jacqueline became acquainted with insurance law early in her career when she gained valuable experience working as house counsel for a predominant insurance company. Prior to joining PMT, Jacqueline also worked at two other insurance defense firms handling a wide array of defense litigation matters in both New York State Supreme and Federal Courts.

While Jacqueline approaches every case with zeal as though trial is inevitable, she has successfully represented clients at alternative dispute forums including mediation and arbitration. While defending clients, Jacqueline pays great attention to detail, applying her vast knowledge and experience to each aspect of the case, making every effort to obtain the best possible outcome.

Jacqueline received her Juris Doctorate degree from Hofstra University School of Law. Prior to law school, she received a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Old Westbury.

Jacqueline was admitted to practice law before the Courts of New York State in 1999.
