Biography

Jagjot, professionally known as Jay, graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Political Science and received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. During his time at Loyola, Jay participated in the Shriver Landlord Tenant Clinic. In this role he worked with low–income clients on their unlawful detainer/eviction matters, providing counsel and advice. Jay also has internship experience in the areas of civil litigation, family law, and immigration. Jay began his career at Borton Petrini, LLP as a law clerk, where he assisted in all facets of the litigation process, including discovery and drafting of motions. As an attorney, Jay handles cases involving personal injury defense, breach of contract, and other matters being litigated in civil court. In his free time, he enjoys barbecuing and spending time with his family and friends.
