Biography

Jaimee Nadell, Esq. is an integral part of the Physician Services team at Maggs McDermott & DiCicco. Primarily, Mrs. Nadell’s practice is devoted to advising corporate healthcare clients in maximizing insurance reimbursement by way of appeals and negotiations for both case and network agreements. She has extensive experience analyzing medical insurance and ERISA issues. Mrs. Nadell counsels healthcare clients on all manner of billing and collections issues in accordance with state and federal legislation and regulations. In addition to her corporate healthcare practice, Mrs. Nadell handles a wide array of matters for individual clients, including real estate transactions, preparation of estate planning documents, and municipal court defense and expungement.

Mrs. Nadell is a graduate of Columbia University (B.A. 2004) and New York Law School (J.D. 2007). Prior to joining Maggs McDermott & DiCicco in January 2014, Mrs. Nadell served for over six years as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, New York, where she investigated and prosecuted criminal matters. During that time, she developed her trial skills prosecuting both misdemeanor and felony cases. Mrs. Nadell uses her trial experience and transactional expertise to assist both corporate and individual clients with their legal challenges.
