Biography

Jaimie Gelman focuses her practice on real estate and construction matters. She has significant experience in Latin America, where she negotiated and managed transactions for commercial office, warehouse, and retail use for the largest mixed-use development project in the world, and served as a liaison with local government authorities in connection with the project. She represents developers and owners in connection with the design, development, and construction of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects, including construction contract negotiation, and design services contract negotiation.
