Biography

James A. Borland joined Quinn Johnston in 1991 and concentrates his practice defending claims of product liability, premises liability and municipal tort liability. He also has significant experience in appellate practice, dram shop law, uninsured motorist law and alternative dispute resolution. He further engages in the practice of construction litigation, automobile negligence and insurance coverage and analysis litigation. Jim defends cases across the State of Illinois from Logan County(north) to Madison County(south) and Adams County(west) to Vermillion County(east).
