Biography

Mr. Muldoon obtained a Bachelor of Science in Transportation Distribution Management and Marketing Management from Syracuse University in 1988. After focusing on logistics for 10 years in his work for Fortune 500 corporations, including performance of upper-level human resources functions, he attended the West Virginia University College of Law and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the same in 2001.

He has served as lead counsel in hundreds of civil matters in State and Federal Courts and has successfully tried multiple cases to verdict. He has extensive appellate experience in both State and Federal Courts. His practice has focused on the defense of corporations and governmental entities, as well as insurers and their insureds. His litigation experience covers a myriad of areas, including employment litigation, environmental litigation, toxic tort defense, consumer liability defense, use of force matters, breach of contract matters and general commercial litigation.

Mr. Muldoon employs a client-centered approach in his litigation which focuses on effective communication. Additionally, he works proactively to address his clients’ needs and seeks to minimize the stress and anxiety which often accompanies the litigation process.
