James A. Saad

Jim Saad has been practicing law in Ohio for over 25 years providing counsel in commercial and residential real estate transactions, affordable housing, business transactions, and estate planning. Mr. Saad received his Juris Doctor Degree from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio in 1977; and was admitted to the practice of law by the State of Ohio in 1977. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Columbus Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, United States District Court of Ohio, Southern and Northern Districts, United States Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

He is also President and owner of Star Title Agency, LLC, which provides real estate title insurance and escrow services. His title insurance licensing includes Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.
