Biography

Drew brings more than two decades of legal and military experience to his practice, helping individuals navigate complex workers’ compensation, disability, and civil litigation matters. Born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel and his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law, where he served on the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. He later earned a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College.

Drew began his legal career as a civil litigator before spending a decade representing employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters, ultimately becoming a partner at his firm. In 2009, he transitioned to active military service with the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, where he held a variety of leadership positions, including Trial Counsel, Legal Assistance Officer, Chief of Recruiting for the Reserve Component, and Command Judge Advocate. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel following a distinguished military career dedicated to service and leadership.

Today, Drew represents clients throughout South Carolina as an Associate Attorney with Stewart Law Offices. His practice focuses on workers’ compensation claims, civil litigation, Social Security disability matters, and veterans' disability benefits. Known for his disciplined approach and commitment to client advocacy, Drew works closely with individuals facing difficult legal and financial challenges, helping them pursue the benefits and compensation they deserve.

In addition to his private practice, Drew continues to serve his community as a part-time municipal judge for the Town of Bluffton.
