James B. Peloquin

Mr. Peloquin is a trial lawyer whose practice is primarily in the areas of construction, personal injury/insurance, professional liability, product liability and commercial litigation. He is skilled in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all state and federal trial courts and before the American Arbitration Association. In his nearly 25 years at the bar, Mr. Peloquin has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases to successful verdicts. He also has participated in various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution and has acted as discovery master and mediator in resolving disputes for other parties.
