Jim’s practice focuses on real estate development and transactions, and commercial litigation. He has represented numerous individuals and businesses in the Augusta area acquire real estate, refinance it, and also prosecute and defend commercial litigation when necessary. He has collected past due accounts for businesses, and has experience collecting judgments by levying on real and personal property. Jim was born and raised in Augusta. He is married to Kim, and they have three children, Barrett, Sara Beth and Ellie.
