Biography

James C. (Jim) Wyly is a co-founder of Wyly-Rommel, PLLC who holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas. Over two decades, Jim has concentrated solely on litigation, earning board certification in personal injury trial law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and recognition as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in Texas. Much of his work comes through peer referrals. Together with partner Sean Rommel, he helped obtain Arkansas’s first certified nationwide class action and has participated in lead counsel teams that achieved major verdicts and settlements in Miller County. Jim’s litigation practice has produced successful outcomes nationwide.
