James Coleman Heath

James Heath embodies the discipline, tenacity, and dedication of a Marine Corps combat veteran in his legal practice. Rising to Sergeant in just four years during his honorable service, James earned numerous accolades, including the Combat Action Ribbon and Afghanistan Campaign Medal, highlighting his commitment to protecting others. This commitment seamlessly transitioned into his legal career, where he zealously advocates for his clients. Academically, James graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a degree in Politics and Law, earning recognition on both the President’s and Dean’s Lists. He then received his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law, participating in national advocacy competitions with the Trial Advocacy Mock Trial Team. Building his legal foundation, James gained valuable experience with the Far West Texas Regional Public Defender’s Office and the Federal Public Defenders, honing his skills in both state and federal defense.
