Biography

James Tolan has over thirty years of experience in Directors and Officers liability coverage matters, in addition to other management and professional liability coverages and has worked extensively representing foreign and domestic insurers.

James has been involved in coverage disputes involving Directors and Officers liability, professional liability, errors and omissions and financial institutions. He regularly participates in and has successfully represented insurers in arbitrations and mediations.

Prior to joining London Fischer, James worked for over twenty-five years at a national firm in insurance coverage.

James works collaboratively with his clients in developing effective resolution strategies for their benefit. His thoughtful and aggressive approach has generated favorable results for his clients.
