My name is James Eason and I’m proud to say that I’m a trial attorney. When I first started practicing law in 2003, I was working for an insurance defense firm. After spending several years in that area, I took what I learned and began fighting for the rights of the injured and abused. To me it’s simple: Treat people with dignity and respect. I run my practice the way I live my life. That is with passion, intelligence, wit and drive. I can’t imagine being anything but a trial attorney.
