Biography

James Ross was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He graduated Brooklyn Law School in 1978.

After Law School, James worked at the office of Raymond J. MacDonnell, an insurance defense firm. While there he learned the art of litigation and became one of the firm’s leading lawyers in the Brooklyn courts.

He has litigated hundreds of personal injury cases. Some notable examples include:

A man seriously injured after a fall down an elevator shaft

The family of a drowning victim

The family of a mother of three who passed away in a plane crash

James believes that the best way to get top results for our clients is to fight and litigate aggressively, applying the knowledge that he has gained in his 40+ years of litigation experience.
