Biography

Attorney James Scully (Jay) holds a bachelor’s degree in ocean engineering from the United States Naval Academy. In 2017, he earned his juris doctor from Boston College Law School and in that same year was admitted to both the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations. After practicing at an international firm in Boston, he joined Morris Law Office in 2019. Jay specializes in municipal law, land use and permitting in northeastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire and has extensive experience appearing before local land use boards. In addition to land use, Jay specializes in business and corporate law, landlord tenant law, commercial litigation and employment law.
