Biography

Mr. Goldman joined B3SL in 2019 as an associate in the firm’s Riverside office. He previously worked for a prominent insurance defense firm in Riverside, defending a wide variety of clients, and spent a number of years in the community development industry, representing various boards in shaping and implementing community standards.

Mr. Goldman’s areas of practice include general civil defense litigation including personal injury defense stemming from automobile accidents, premises liability, wrongful death and products liability. While he has experience working uninsured and underinsured motorist’s claims through arbitration, he has also successfully tried numerous jury trials, obtaining positive results for his clients.

While in law school, Mr. Goldman completed externships with the Riverside City Attorney’s Office, the Riverside County District Attorney’s office, and the Law Offices of the Public Defender for the County of Riverside. During his time with the Riverside Public Defender’s Office, in fact, Mr. Goldman earned the distinction of being the first law student to be granted permission to take a case to trial.

When he is not working, Mr. Goldman enjoys spending time with his family and friends and traveling.
