Mr. McGoldrick is a dual American-Irish citizen born in Malaysia who has lived in nine countries and visited more than forty others. Defended a Fortune 500 company facing massive claims for lost profits arising out of the purchase of 670 tank rail cars.

Protected a global client from large consequential damages arising out of alleged failure to comply with the California Air Resource Board's Ozone Depleting Substance Protocol thereby preventing the plaintiffs from selling carbon offset credits.

Defended construction clients in alleged defect and catastrophic injury cases and separately prosecuted their subcontractors' carriers to recover indemnity, defense costs, and attorney's fees.
