The Law Offices of James Kousouros — with offices in midtown Manhattan and Queens — focuses primarily on criminal defense advocacy. As such, Mr. Kousouros and his counsel handle the full spectrum of state and federal criminal prosecutions. These cases include prosecutions for complex securities and other white-collar crimes, racketeering charges, homicide, narcotics violations, DWI, domestic violence, and simple assault, among others.
