Biography

James L. Christensen was one of the founding members of the firm. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and the J. Reuben Clark College of Law. He was admitted to the Bar in 1980 and is licensed to practice in all courts for the State of Utah, the United States Federal Court for the District of Utah, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Although Mr. Christensen maintains an active license to practice law, he currently serves full-time as the President of Marquette Equipment Finance. Mr. Christensen continues to associate with the firm in an of-counsel capacity.
