Experience: Patent Infringement Litigations: Represented manufacturer of music speakers and retailer in multi-defendant patent infringement case in the Southern District of Florida. Successfully requested an early claim construction hearing, and, after a favorable claim construction ruling, the plaintiff stipulated to non-infringement.; Represented laptop computer manufacturer in patent infringement litigation in the District of Delaware. The case settled following a ruling precluding the plaintiff's technical advisor from accessing our client's highly-confidential information.; Member of team that obtained a $30 million past damages award for patent infringement following a two-week jury trial in the Eastern District of Virginia.; Member of trial team that obtained a judgment of non-infringement (affirmed on appeal) following a jury trial in the District of Delaware.
