Mr. Zoys practices in the areas of employment and business litigation. He has successfully represented employers in all aspects of employment law, including the litigation of claims in federal and state courts involving breach of employment agreements, business torts, as well as discrimination claims arising under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act, and the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act.
In the area of business litigation, he has successfully represented businesses in breach of contract claims, landlord/tenant disputes, as well as bad faith insurance claims brought under the Texas Insurance Code and the Texas DTPA.
Mr. Zoys received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Austin College in 1996 and his law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 2000, where he served as a research assistant to Professor William V. Dorsaneo III and as articles editor for the Computer Law Review and Technology Journal.
