James Nawrocki: Attorney with GWC Injury Lawyers LLC

Biography

Jim Nawrocki is a partner in the Workers' Compensation division of Goldberg Weisman Cairo, that joined the firm in 1995, after having distinguished himself as the Navy's premium criminal defense counsel from 1989-1990.

With a reputation for persistence and great attention to detail, Jim is committed to providing comprehensive legal solutions for his clients.

Recently, Jim won a case, both at trial, and on appeal, where four company witnesses testified that his client was not injured at their job site. The arbitrator and the Commission found his client to be more believable than the company's witnesses and ruled in his favor.

In addition to his legal aptitude, Jim is also highly involved in the development of the younger attorneys at our firm, making him an essential part of our legal team.

If you or someone that you love has suffered an injury at work due to an unsafe working environment or other form of employer negligence, contact James today at 1-800-464-4772 for your FREE claim review.

At GWC, we're here to help and in most cases, we only get paid when we obtain a recovery.
