Biography

Mr. McBarron graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1989 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. He received his J.D. from the Rutgers School of Law, Newark, in 1992 where he served as senior research editor for the Rutgers Law Review.

Mr. McBarron was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey and to the Bar of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 1992 and to the Bar of the State of New York in 1993. His practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate and construction litigation, employment law, products liability, and insurance coverage and defense. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
