Biography

James Miller is a litigation associate dedicated to solving problems for individuals and businesses facing complex disputes. He seeks first to understand his clients’ goals and then works to find solutions and protect their rights in difficult situations.

Before joining the firm, Jim served as law clerk to the Honorable Daniel E. Ortiz of the Fairfax County Circuit Court. His clerkship experience in Virginia’s largest trial court provided Jim with insight into successful strategies for resolving contract and business torts litigation.

During law school, Jim also gained hands-on advocacy experience as a moot court board member and extern in the litigation department of an Am Law 200 firm through the Wake Forest University School of Law Litigation Clinic.

Jim serves as a pro bono attorney in the Fairfax community.
