James R. Kahn has over 45 years of litigation experience, particularly in professional liability, representing attorneys, physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, nurses and other medical practitioners and institutions in liability and credentialing matters. Mr. Kahn has served as an expert witness in legal malpractice and legal practice matters nationwide. He has also represented companies and individuals in employment, civil rights, real estate, estates, contract, collection and business disputes. Mr. Kahn is experienced with insurance litigation, and products liability and general personal injury matters. He counsels companies about arbitration agreements and releases.
