James R. Tedford

James R. Tedford II aka “Ted,” is a fourth-generation Californian. He attended the University of California at Irvine where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science. After college, Mr. Tedford attended Whittier Law School where he was conferred a Juris Doctor Degree.

During law school Mr. Tedford was the victim of a high speed rear-ends automobile accident. His vehicle was totaled and he suffered what appeared to be moderate injuries. The negligent driver who was unable to stop his vehicle was uninsured. Shortly after the accident, Mr. Tedford began to experience more and more pain and stiffness in his cervical spine.

An MRI revealed two severely bulging discs in his cervical spine. Within months the discs herniated and as a result, Mr. Tedford found himself in constant pain with numbness and tingling running down his arms. After suffering for twenty years, Mr. Tedford underwent a two-level cervical discectomy and fusion.
