Biography

James Seganti is a graduate of the University of Miami and obtained his law degree from Touro Law School. He joined the firm in 2012 and has successfully represented thousands of clients in all workers’ compensation matters before the workers’ compensation board. He was made a partner in 2018.

He oversees the 9/11 World Trade Center Department and works closely with both the injured worker and their families to ensure all of their rights are protected. James was named as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2020, an honor given to 2.5% of attorneys in the state. He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Workers’ Compensation Bar Association. He has lectured at a variety of Union Organizations in regards to their disability rights under the law and continues to fight for the injured worker. He and his wife reside in NYC.
